En la vida podemos elegir,entre quedar atrapados en el implacable poder de la mente rumiante que somete sin tregua a nuestro verdadero ser, o salir en la búsqueda del camino que nos guíe con su luz hacia la libertad, y a ese valioso estado de paz y claridad que surge cuando logramos conectar con nuestra esencia y vivir en el momento presente

In life we can choose between being caught in the implacable power of the ruminant mind that relentlessly subdues our true self, or to emerge into the search of the path that guides us towards freedom, into the unique  state of peace and clarity that arises when we connect with our essence and live in the present moment.
